Cynthia has over 15 years of clinical experience.
She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Professional Psychology-Palo Alto.
She is a seasoned clinician and though eclectic and able to provide numerous therapy techniques she primarily uses cognitive behavior therapy to address anxiety, depression, anger management, occupational stress, sleep disturbance, and many other adult client concerns.
She is skilled in prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy for traumatic events and uses the Gottman method for marriage/couples counseling.
